Oh my god! Do you think we can keep this up? Every sauce is hotter than the last. This one is almost twice as hot as the one I used to say was the hottest I have in my catalog! This sauce is going to kill you. So hot, you should have someone nearby ready to dial 911 when you taste it. One million, five hundred thousand Scoville units!!!!!! To give you some idea, a jalapeno is 5000, and the hottest pepper of all, the habanero, is only about 300,000. Is this one the final answer? We'll see.
